The Company today received notification from BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited that, as at 15 November 2006, Royal Bank of Scotland as Trustee of Merrill Lynch UK Smaller Companies Fund has an interest in 2,422,411 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 3.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
