The Company has today received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe ("Cantor") that, as at 5 May 2006, Cantor has an interest in and is the registered holder of 4,079,028 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 5.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
