Holding in Company

The Company has today received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe (“Cantor”) that, as at 4 January 2006, Cantor has an interest in and is the registered holder of 2,440,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 3.1% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
