HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
that AXA S.A. and its Group Companies have a notifiable interest in 8,562,950
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares"), representing
approximately 10.71% of the Company issued ordinary shares. This interest
