The Company has today received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe
("Cantor") that, as at 4 February 2005, Cantor has an interest in and is the
registered holder of 1,974,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing approximately 2.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
