Kewill ISF is a web application that efficiently captures and electronically files compulsory and optional data elements to comply with the “Importer Security Filing and Additional Carrier Requirements” (ISF) rule.  Through a secure web portal, Kewill ISF allows for one individual, or multiple parties to the transaction (e.g. Importer, Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker), to collaborate in the data entry process and successfully transmit the ISF to US CBP in the most expedient manner.

  • Workflow & Productivity
    • Use electronic data from PO, B/L, Commerical Invoice, Packing List or Container Manifest to streamline completion of ISF.
    • Frequently used or repetitive data (e.g. names/addresses, product classification, country of origin) can be used to auto-populate the ISF to expedite and streamline the creation process.  In addition, Kewill Customs system users can upload names/addresses and product classification data to the portal to streamline completion of ISF.
  • Visibility & Alerts
    • Visibility includes CBP Acceptance/Rejection of ISF, along with an indication that CBP has been able to match the Bill of Lading Number(s) between the ISF and the AMS Filing.
    • ISF Status Email Alerts – The system can automatically notify one or multiple parties upon ACCEPTANCE or REJECTION notification from CBP
  • Supported Messages
    • ISF-10.  Shipment will be unladed (i.e., delivered to a Consignee in the US)
    • ISF-5. Shipment will either be an IE (Immediate Export) or a T&E (Transportation and Exportation)
