Kewill Introduces Global Forwarding & U.S. Customs Solutions
Guildford, UK and Nashua, NH – Kewill (LSE: KWL), a leading provider of global solutions for the dynamic supply network, today announced the release of two key elements to its growing Global Trade Management portfolio; Kewill Forwarding, a global end-to-end freight forwarding solution which will be available worldwide, and Kewill Customs, a comprehensive Customs House Brokerage solution for the United States, which can directly integrate into Kewill Forwarding. Both new solutions improve the visibility and control of goods through global supply chains, minimise transaction costs and accelerate delivery schedules.
Kewill Forwarding provides a highly dynamic and integrated global platform for freight fowarders, to enable visibility at every stage of the execution chain, from initial order to final delivery. The announcement of the availability of Kewill Forwarding reflects a much anticipated porting of the market leading freight forwarding software which Kewill acquired through the IPACS acquisition in February 2007. With that acquisition, Kewill now provides IT solutions to 23 out of 25 of the world’s largest freight forwarders.

Kewill Customs is designed to provide the innovative technology needed to operate U.S. customs brokerage businesses more efficiently, profitably, and competitively. Also included with this version of Kewill Customs is Entry Acceleration™, Kewill’s rapid customs clearance feature that significantly aides in preparing and processing customs entries.
