Kewill bolsters professional services operation with appointment of Alan Cross

Guildford, UK - Kewill (KWL), a leading provider of global solutions for the dynamic supply network has appointed Alan Cross as Vice President Professional Services for Europe. This is a significant addition to Kewill’s senior management team in Europe.

Alan said, “In my role, I will be responsible for the delivery of Kewill's solutions across Europe with teams located in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.  My key priority will be to ensure a consistent, high-quality of solution delivery based on standard processes and methodologies.”

Alan’s last role was as Director of Operations at Touchstone Limited.  He has also had roles as Director of Professional Services at Infor and MAPICS.  He has spent 17 years in operational logistics and supply chain working for the UK Ministry of Defence, and has 10 years experience of managing services organisations.  Alan has a Master of Science Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
