Paul Nichols

Paul Nichols

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Nichols is Kewill's chief executive officer. Paul received an Economics honours degree from Brunel University in 1978. In his early years in the IT industry, Paul held sales and business management positions in International Computers Ltd (ICL) and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). In 1994 he joined Data Sciences Ltd as Executive General Manager for the Commercial and Financial Services business. In 1997 DSL was acquired by IBM and Paul became a director of IBM Global Services in EMEA with responsibility for the Banking and Financial Services industry. In 1999 Paul was appointed as President and CEO of Logica Inc the North American subsidiary of Logica plc. Paul joined Kewill as CEO in August 2002 and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Karen Bach

Chief Financial Officer

Karen joined Kewill in August 2009 from Advanced Computer Software Plc where she was CFO. Karen was closely involved in the development of ACS from a shell company into a substantial software and services business in the health care sector. Her focus included the acquisition and integration of two key businesses.

Prior to this Karen was CFO of IXEurope Plc, a datacentre services provider which listed on AIM in April 2006 and was acquired by Equinix in September 2007 for circa £270m. In Karen's four years with IXEurope, the business grew rapidly from £11m to over £60m revenue, from negative EBITDA to over £20m and from eight to 15 sites in Europe. Karen's previous positions include Finance Director of EDS France and various international roles at MCI WorldCom and General Motors, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in 1995.

Evan Puzey

Evan Puzey

Chief Marketing Officer

With over fifteen years experience in supply chain, Evan has assisted enterprises in more than 30 countries, across 5 continents, with their supply chain initiatives. Originally a demand forecaster and planner for Castrol in the Asia Pacific region, Evan moved to a solution implementation role with Mercia (Supply Chain Planning) and then progressed to sales, pre-sales, marketing and product management roles with Mercia and then Finmatica (Supply Chain Management). For the last 4 years, Evan has been with Kewill and currently heads the Global Marketing and Product Management Teams, managing Kewill's suite of supply chain execution and global trade management solutions. An Australian Evan now resides in the UK.

Iain Bishop

Chief Technology Officer

Iain Bishop was appointed Chief Technology Officer in May 2006. He has broad experience in Software Engineering and Technology gained over more than 20 years. Iain was Director of Research and Development for Systems Union, a public ERPII company with 20,000 customers in over 190 countries. He has also run his own consultancy assisting companies with offshore outsourcing to India, China and Vietnam, served as VP Software Development for Telecoms company Servista Ltd and was Technical Director for software house Management Science Ltd.

 

Europe

Jacquie Boast

Jacquie Boast

Chief Operating Officer

Jacquie has over 20 years of marketing and general management experience within the IT industry, Jacquie has successfully founded two technology solutions companies. In 1989 she formed Database Management Sciences (DMS) and quickly grew the organization to a £5m company that was acquired by Lotus in 1993. Following this success Jacquie formed New Millennium Technology Plc (NMT), a company focusing on providing IT solutions to the general insurance industry. Jacquie left NMT to join Kewill in 2001 and has had a number of senior management roles, including running the UK business before becoming Chief Operating Officer for Europe in April 2008.

Wolfgang Schwab

Chief Strategy Officer, Customs 

Wolfgang started his career working in IT in the insurance industry. In 1985, he founded Computersoftware für Fachanwendungen (CSF), a company focused on the development of software to provide electronic customs clearance in Germany. Within 20 years, CSF became the market leader in the sector and employed 80 people across 4 offices in Germany and Switzerland. In 2006, CSF was acquired by Kewill and Wolfgang remained as the Chief Operating Officer for Kewill CSF. In April 2008, Wolfgang was appointed to his current role of Chief Strategy Officer for Customs.

 

Americas

Mike Dolan

Mike Dolan

Chief Operating Officer

Mike joined Kewill from Mapics, a global provider of ERP, CRM, PLM and Supply Chain Solutions to the manufacturing industry where he served as senior vice president and general manager of Worldwide Operations. He also served as vice president of Americas Operations and vice president and general manager of International Operations during his tenure there. Before joining Mapics he was President and CEO of Thru-Put Technologies, a software company that aided manufacturers streamline the flow of materials through a supply chain. Prior to Thru-Put, Dolan held management positions with Baan, Consilium, and ASK, Inc. Dolan received a Bachelors of Science in Economics degree from St. Bonaventure University.

 

Asia

 Patrick Chua

Patrick Chua

Chief Operating Officer

Patrick was previously the CEO of Autoscan Technology Group of Companies, a leading Supply Chain Management and Radio Frequency-IDentification (RFID) solutions provider in Asia. He has led and established the Company’s long-term strategies and its short-term business plans. Under his leadership, Autoscan Technology has developed an innovative Supply Chain Management product - ATLAS-SCMTM which was awarded the coveted Asia Pacific ICT Awards, 2007 Merit Award.
