We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator who will support the entire Sales Organization through the use of sales tools including, but not limited to SalesForce.com, pricing spread sheets, contracts, and ROI tools.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Assists in the management of Kewill’s Customer relationship (CRM) tool, Sales Force.com.
  • Designs, modifies, and distributes management reports from Sales Forces.com.
  • Assists with issues which result in the sales order process.
  • Maintains, updates, and distributes pricing data documents.
  • Provides assistance to direct sales customers with customer support issue (non technical support).
  • Assists with planning and managing of sales meetings agenda and content.
  • Processes Discount Authorization (DAC) requests in accordance to documented approval levels.
  • Assists in the management of Kewill’s Commercial Review (CRP) process to ensure compliance with parent company corporate guidelines and approvals.
  • Processes various web forms, exception forms, and customer support requests related to our direct customers.
  • Assists in the management of new partner set up to ensure smooth on boarding process.
  • Assists and maintains Sales handbook(s) Direct/Channel.
  • Manages and distributes on-line/e-mail updates from Hoovers, Sales Force, and Aberdeen as needed.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 -5 years experience as a Sales Administrator required; previous experience in a software company preferred.
  • Must have advanced SalesForce.com skills with at least two years of experience working with this program.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and MS PPT experience required; MS Great Plains, Open Air and Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a faced paced ever changing environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team necessary.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels both within and outside of Kewill required.
  • Proven customer service skills a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical, problem solving and attention to detail skills required.
  • AS Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Initially, this position will be based in Marlborough, MA.  It will be based in Chelmsford, MA, when we move to our new facility in December, 2008.
