Kewill, a leading provider of innovative software technologies and services for the International Freight Forwarding, Custom House Broker and Export Compliance market, has an immediate opening for a strong Java Developer. We are a leader in providing software applications to companies that facilitate the movement of cargo across international borders.
You will be working on several projects and interacting with Business Analysts, Designers, Testers and other Developers. There will also be a customer interaction component. The projects you will be working on will require both team interaction and independent work. This is a four month assignment.
Requirements
- Java experience
- Some experience with the following:
o Application Server
o SWT and/or JFace and/or Swing
o JUnit test infrastructure
o JSP
o HTML
o JavaScript - Knowledge of Design Patterns and understanding of Eclipse RCP.
- Must have the ability to interface with the requirements team in the resolution of issues and solving of problems in the effort to deliver applications.
- Able to problem solve using strong analytical skills within a timely manner.
- Must be a good team player and able to comfortably work both as a team member and as an individual contributor.
- Able to communicate effectively via the phone, e-mail and/or in person.
- This position requires that you work out of our Nashua, New Hampshire, location. This is not a telecommuting position.
- Enthusiastic person looking to grow within a company.
- You must be authorized to work in the US without TN/Immigration Sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience as noted above.
