Purchase Orders
Once you have declared your Availability for your products, Bhs are able to raise Purchase Orders.
The Kewill Bureau will link with Bhs to receive your Purchase Orders (PO’s). Upon receipt of any PO’s the Bureau will email both the Purchase Order Summary and Purchase Order details to your designated email address(es). The Bureau will try to ensure that this information reaches you by 10:00hrs (subject to any technical difficulties).
Once you have received details of your Purchase Order, you should make sure that you have sufficient stock to meet the requirements. You will be given ONE hour to contact the Bureau, alerting us to any potential difficulties. If we do not hear anything, the Bureau will print the PO’s, Picking/Packing lists (where applicable), Labels and Consignment Notes (ASN’s) and despatch them to you by overnight courier to arrive no later than 12:00 hrs next working day. Please inform the Bureau if your labels have not arrived by 13:00 hrs.
