Barcode Labels
Your Labels, Picking & Packing Lists and Consignment Notes should be delivered to you by Courier before 12 noon on the following day of receipt of your Purchase Order (weekdays only & UK Mainland).
Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery of your consignment from 8.00am. If your office has limited access, please advise the Bureau of this.
Once you have received your package, check the documents immediately, to ensure that the labels are correct. Please inform the Bureau immediately if you encounter any mistakes or damaged labels.
On receipt of your labels, you can pack your products as detailed in your Packing Lists. ALL labels must be used and items must be packed according to the list provided. Please refer to information from Bhs on How to Pack Your Goods.
Any shortages of goods must be notified to both Bhs and Kewill Bureau.
- If the Supplier fails to inform the Bureau of the correct packing methods to be used for the creation of their labels, the Bureau will recharge the Supplier for any additional costs for the amended labels and any related courier costs.
- Kewill will not be liable for any subsequent loss if the supplier fails to despatch their stock on time, due to incorrect labels.
