Amendments

If a PO cannot be despatched exactly as called by Bhs, an amendment MUST be made. If you do have any problems, please verbally advise the Kewill Bureau by 11.00am, so we can delay printing your labels and await further instructions from you. If we have not received further instructions from you by 16:00 hrs, we will print and despatch the documents for those PO’s as per original order details. We regret that we are unable to hold PO’s overnight.

Under no circumstances can stock be substituted or should you despatch incorrect stock. If there is a stock shortage, or you need to change a collection date, you must first inform your Buyer at Bhs who will advise you of an authorisation code and this information then needs to be relayed to the Kewill Bureau immediately (using the Amendment Form) quoting the authorisation code that has been issued and we will then amend the PO on the system as per your instructions. Your amended labels and paperwork will then be despatched to you by courier.
